CDMA Names Tivoli Partners’ Exec Bell as President

Charlotte, NC – September 21, 2004: The Charlotte Direct Marketing Association appointed Lisa Bell of Tivoli Partners as president. Bell’s firm, Tivoli, is a DR agency specializing in customer retention.

Bell has over twenty years of agency and client experience. She often employs specialized programs and proprietary interactive tracking tools to bring about results. This allows clients to monitor them in real-time. They can also maintain control and adjust programs to more efficiently respond to customer needs.

Bell’s client solutions focus on gaining loyalty and deepening customer commitment. She hopes to apply similar principles to her leadership of the CDMA. “This is a time when many organizations are competing with ever increasing demands on their members’ time. As president and chief creative officer of Tivoli Partners, Bell spends a great deal of time doing just that for her clients. Bell also created innovative up-selling campaigns for Union Carbide, Lanier Business Products, and Hayes among others. She was selected as one of “Charlotte’s Top 25 Businesswomen” in 2002.
